Commitment made by Company:

Hustle Corporate Climb Team Fee: a charitable contribution of $2,500, which must be received by October 30, 2009 in order to reserve spots in the event
Team Member Entry Fees: entry fees of $120 per person (total of $1,200 for ten people) are payable in advance or at the time of registration

Team member registration information and entry fees must be received by Friday, November 13, 2009. (Unfilled spots will be forfeited without refund. Entry fees can be paid by the business or by each participant as determined by the company. Spaces are limited.)
