by November 12, 2010 in order to reserve spots in the event

Fees:
entry fees of $130 per person (total of $1,300 for ten
people) are payable in advance or at the time of
registration
Team member registration information and entry fees must
be received by Friday,
November 12, 2010. (Unfilled spots will be forfeited without
